Out of Network Insurance Information
Health Management Care, PC is out of network with: Cigna PPO, Priority Health PPO, HAP PPO, Humana PPO (Dr. Cavataio). Good news - you can still be seen in our office even if we are not in network with your plan.
HMO insurance products generally do not cover out-of-network care for routine, non-emergency services.
What to expect
- We will submit your claim to your insurance on your behalf
- Your copay, deductible or coinsurance may be different for out-of-network visits
- As a courtesy, you will not be charged for the part not covered by the insurance company
Because every plan is different, we strongly recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking:
- Do I have out-of-Network primary care benefits?
- What is my copay or coinsurance for out-of-network care?
- Is there a separate out-of-Network deductible?
